Project: Construction of the restaurants Hoja Santa and Niño Viejo, located in the 54th Mistral Avenue, Barcelona
Goal: Hoja Santa is amexican restaurant of haute cuisine. In this project, all the elements have been made of wood and natural finishes, where wood grains with different finishes can be noticed. Niño Viejo is a mexican taqueria of urban cuisine, where the textures and the colours of its wood have been prioritized.
